On the product page, choose the size you want and then select Check Store Stock, located under the Add To Cart button. Then, addd your shipping details at checkout. If you’re experiencing any issues with checking what’s available, please contact us our Customer Service Team (info@thecapeboutique.com) and we will be able to assist you.
How do I know which size will fit me?
Make measurements of your shoe size before placing an order.
If you purchase a product that does not fit, you have 30 days to return it from the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. See our Returns Policy for more information

Which payment options are there?
We support a range of safe payment options when shopping online:

Do you accept international credit cards?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any international cards.
When will funds be debited from my bank account?
If you paid by credit/debit card we reserve the value of the order. This means that the purchase will appear as a pending transaction on your account. When your items are packed and invoiced, we will then settle the transaction and charge your account.
If you paid by Instant EFT, the funds will be deducted from your account when you complete they payment in checkout.
What can I do for unsuccessful payments?
Unsuccessful card transactions may arise to a number of reasons between issuing banks, payment gateways and also potentially as a result of unstable network connectivity. If you’re experiencing a declined payment, firstly ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account and that your card is enrolled in 3D Secure.
Common reasons for cards getting declined include: insufficient funds, incorrect card details or exceeding your daily limit. Some banks require you to enable 3D Secure for online purchases before you are allowed to transact online, so if you’re still experiencing problems, it’s best to contact your bank to enquire further.
Are my payment details Safe?
Yes, they are. Your credit card information is encrypted and protected with the best electronic and administrative safeguards via our payment provider.
How do I know if payment was successful?
If your payment went through successfully, you'll receive a “Payment Received” mail to the email address saved on your profile. Once you’ve logged in, you can also track your order and order status by going to your Profile and choosing Orders.
If you did not receive this email and if the order that you've just attempted to place doesn't appear here, your payment hasn't been successful. Not to worry – your items will be waiting for you in your cart, so you can take them to checkout and pay for them to get the order on its way.
How do i add my promotional code to my order?
Open your shopping cart and add your promotional code in the Order summary section under Add voucher code and then select Apply. The discounted amount depending on the promotional code will deducted from the total order value.
4. SHIPPING
What are the shipping options & costs?
- ARAMEX STANDARD - 1 to 3 Business Days
- ARAMEX OVERNIGHT - Next Business day
Delivery takes place between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
Why can I not track my order ?
If you checked out as a guest you will no longer be able to track your order online. Please contact our Customer Service Team info@thecapeboutique.comfor assistance.
4. DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?

Overnight shipping (1 working day): R300.00
Standard delivery(1-3 working day): R100.00
My delivery address has changed, how can I fix it?
Unfortunately, you can't change your delivery address after you have placed your order and payment has been made. If there is a problem with the address you supplied, please contact our Customer Service Team on (+27)65 612 4811 or email info@thecapeboutique.com and we will do our best to assist you.
What happens if I miss delivery ?
If an order couldn't be delivered because our couriers were unable to reach you, or due to an incomplete or invalid address, we'll try to contact you to arrange a second attempt at delivery.
If, after three attempts & we are still unable to successfully deliver your goods, we will return the parcel to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that this might take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your unused items, you have 14 days to return it so that we can facilitate a refund or exchange.

How do I get a refund & how long did it take until it is processed?
If you paid via Instant EFT or debit card, then you will be refunded through the same payment method.
If you return your items through a courier, you will receive a refund or exchange once your items have been received and passed a quality assessment at our warehouse. It can take up to 14 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. Please refer to our terms & conditions for more information.
